Nameservers are DNS servers that convert your domain name into the IP address of the server hosting your website.
By default, domains registered with us are automatically configured with the correct nameservers for our web hosting services. If your domain is registered with another provider, you’ll need to log in to your domain registrar's control panel to update the nameservers. Each registrar’s interface varies, but you should find an option to use custom nameservers.
To use our hosting services, set your nameservers to:
- ns1.wagwebsites.com
- ns2.wagwebsites.com
This is the preferred method for using our hosting. However, if you’re using a third-party DNS provider (e.g., Cloudflare), you may choose not to use our nameservers. In that case, update your DNS provider’s records with the IP addresses provided in the welcome email you received upon purchasing our hosting service.
