Unfortunately, as much as we appreciate every customer, sometimes mistakes happen and orders are marked as fraud incorrectly.
Why This Happens
VPNs
The most common reason orders are marked as fraud is clients using VPNs or proxies to place orders. This is a violation of our terms of service and will result in your inability to use our services. If you forgot to turn your VPN off, and your order was marked as fraud, please contact us.
Location Mismatch
We use your IP address and other information to determine your physical location. Sometimes the IP address databases are incorrect.
Multiple Accounts
Generally, you should only have one Wag Websites account. Within your Wag Websites client account, you can have multiple hosting accounts and services. If you need more than one client account, please contact us.
