Upgrading Your Cloud Server Plan
You can upgrade your cloud server to a larger plan at any time. Upgrading allows you to access increased resources, such as additional CPU, RAM, and disk space, to accommodate your growing workloads. The process is easy, and can be initiated through your account dashboard. After ordering an upgraded plan, a Wag Websites expert will contact you to schedule a time that fits your business needs for us to scale up your server. This may require a short disruption of your service as your server is rebooted and resized. Please note that this downtime is excluded from our 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Downgrading Your Cloud Server Plan
Downgrading to a smaller plan is not supported. This restriction is due to the technical limitation that disk space cannot be safely reduced without risking data loss. Once disk space is allocated to your server, it cannot be shrunk, as this could compromise the integrity of your data and applications.
